600 USD Upfront and 600 USD would be due upon launch of the rental feature.
- Feature for putting a hold on the Credit Card would be done through Paypal as you highlighted in our call.
- We can ensure that the rental feature is only available on the site and not the FB page
- We can create a new collection for rentals only. This would make it easier to manage ( I think Anna is fairly good at managing this already)
- We would create a separate product details page for the rent items similar to: http://www.raineyscloset.com/clothing/dresses/tutu-du-monde-fadeaway-tutu-in-foam-37.html
- Customer would be able to pick size and date
- Notification that bookings need to be made 2-3 weeks in advance can be included
- We can have a 4 day option and an 8 day option
- Please note with regards to the Calendar/date widget and stock of the rented items, we can include it for the date Selection, but we cannot show on the calendar that an item is unavailable. A manual update in the product description would be required indicating that an items is unavailable until XX/YY Date.
- Stock Items would need to be watched closely by Anna. Eg Qty 1 of an items is available for rent, and someone selects a 4 day rental. During that 4 day period, we can display a label saying Rented out/Not available and the user would not be able to add it to the cart. Once the item is returned, Anna would need to update the stock quantity manually to Qty 1 for it to be available to customers on the site again.
