We will create checkout functionality like https://www.shootmytravel.com/packages5/you-and-the-city where a form will appear before the checkout process to gather the information.
For the form, we will be creating the following fields:
- Name
- Email
- Phone
- Time
- Date
- Location (This will have 3 dropdown options for New York, London, Paris)
- Booking for yourself (Yes/No)
- Additional info [Special Interest / meet up location / point of Interest/ occasion)
- I agree to Terms & Conditions with a check mark option
