1) WEBSITE SETUP
For your website setup, Webware will:
- Build and personalize your website based on a Webware theme;
- Create banner images for your homepage (up to 2 main banners for your website homepage, using images provided by you, as well as smaller banners for your website homepage, the number, and size of the smaller banners being dependent on which Webware theme is selected for your website). You shall provide the images for all banners or, if you do not have images, we can recommend stock images to include which will need to be purchased by you from the relevant stock image library;
- Setup up to 5 categories and a maximum of 50 products, including uploading product images (product data must be provided to Webware in our required spreadsheet format and images must be provided by you in digital format). An unlimited number of products can be added post-launch either by you or by us for an additional charge;
- Create up to 10 content pages using our page templates, with content provided by you. A maximum of 5 Galleries with 10 images each will be added at launch. An unlimited number of pages can be created post-launch either by you or by us for an additional charge; and
- Redirect the website to your domain
Additional setup work, including page layout customization, additional banners, products or pages, product data spreadsheet creation, and image editing can be provided by Webware for additional fees. You may speak to Kick-off Specialist or email Harley@webware.io regarding your requests, to get a formal estimate for the customizations.
Setup requirements and process:
- You must prepare and provide all images and written content for your website before Webware can build your website.
- Product data must be provided to Webware in our required spreadsheet format and images must be provided by you in digital format.
- Webware will seek your written approval at every step of the setup process.
- The first step in building your website will be to provide you with a “mock design” (a static image based on a Webware theme) that will be the design spec for your home and inner pages. You must approve the mock in writing by email before we will build your website. You will be permitted one round of revisions following the initial mock review.
- Once you have approved the mock, we will freeze the design and begin finishing the website. Any design changes to the home or inner pages requested after mock approval may be subject to additional charges.
- As we build your website, we will require your approval at various stages of development. You must authorize your approval in writing (by email) before we can continue work and push your website live for public view.
- Your website will be completed no later than 45 days from today’s date, provided that you deliver all content and other files requested by Webware within 2 business days, and that you respond promptly to approval requests and other email enquiries from our team. A complete website means that the home and inner pages are built as per the mock design and that the home and inner pages are built and working on desktop and mobile devices.
Post-Setup
- The Webware Workspace is an easy-to-use web-based dashboard, designed for anyone to easily make changes to their website’s content, add/edit/remove products, and manage orders.
- During the duration of your contract for Digital Services (#2 below), the Webware team will help you manage and market your website. In addition, at any time you may access your Workspace to make content changes, add blog posts, view members, and reports, add/edit products and process orders (if applicable), and more.
- For training on our platform, visit our online Help Center at webware.io, which provides detailed instructions on how to access your Workspace and how to manage your website after setup is complete.

- We base all of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and marketing on the guidelines, practices, and procedures as per the industry standards. We focus on high-quality content for your website as well as Google Webmaster design, content, and quality guidelines. Please note that we do not practice “black hat” tactics or unethical SEO methods, such as keyword stuffing, invisible text, hidden links, duplicate content or blog spam.
- The search engine algorithms are ever-evolving and hence the process of ranking can take anywhere from a few months to a year before showing any significant results. Through our SEO services, we help clients increase targeted traffic to their website over a period of time using services such as, but are not limited to: sitemap creation and publishing, keyword research, metadata optimization, social media marketing, link optimization - inbound links and limited outbound link creation, submitting website to general and vertical directories, etc.
- We follow guidelines and practices that we believe are in the best interest of our clients' branding and online marketing presence. We cannot guarantee any specific search engine rankings, listings on search engines or directories listings. We do not manipulate or control search engine results.
- Guaranteeing a specific position for your Ads violates Google’s third party policy, and misrepresents how Google’s advertising works. It’s not possible to guarantee a specific ad position on Google.com search results pages. Note that Ad position is determined by an auction and changes dynamically with every new search.
